Throughout our lives, we're constantly told to "sit up straight!" or "stand up tall!" But does bad posture really matter? And can it be corrected? Turns out, the answer to both of those questions is a resounding YES!
Bad posture can lead to a host of health problems, and luckily, it's something that can be fixed with a little bit of effort.
One of the most common bad posture is the Hunched Back posture, AKA slouching posture.
The good new is there are easy exercises you can do at home to help correct hunched back posture.
