Yoga is a great way to get in shape and improve flexibility.
However, if you're new to yoga, it can be tough to know which poses are best (and safe) for beginners.
In this video I demonstrate 5 basic poses that will help you get started with yoga so you can improve your flexibility and that will help you feel more comfortable in class.
I also use props to make the poses more accessible for those who are not flexible just yet 😉
Keep in mind that every body is different, so don't be afraid to modify these poses as needed.
