I get this one a lot.

The short answer is -
absolutely!

You can regain and maintain flexibility at any age.
Let me explain...

As we get older, it's totally normal for our bodies to get stiffer.

Our muscles and joints just don't move as freely as when we were younger.

Collagen and Elastin start to break down,
so our tissues lose that springiness.

But just because it's common, doesn't mean it's inevitable.

The good news is there are tons of things you can do to maintain and restore flexibility.

With some dedicated stretching, mobility exercises, yoga, you can keep your joints healthy and your muscles elastic.

This makes everyday tasks easier and more comfortable.

You'll have an easier time playing with the grandkids or picking up stuff you dropped.

Here are 4 routines you can try, that will improve your flexibility and mobility:
