If you think you are “lazy” read this

Hey friend 🙂

Does the thought of exercising make you sigh and label yourself as "lazy"?

You might feel like there’s no time or energy left after taking care of everyone else.

The truth is, this feeling is incredibly common among women juggling multiple roles.

In this newsletter, I’ll show you how to break free from the "lazy" label and start a fitness journey that’s both fun and sustainable.

We’ll dive into easy, effective routines and tips so you can feel sexy, desirable, and strong again.

Let’s dive in!

Here are 4 effective routines and tips so you can feel sexy, desirable, and strong again:

#1 Start Small

Begin with short, manageable workouts to build consistency

Many people believe that to see real results, they need to commit to long, intense workouts from the get-go.

This misconception often leads to feeling overwhelmed and eventually giving up before seeing any progress.

Instead you can do:

  • One-Minute Workout: Start with just one minute of exercise every day like this one. The key is to establish a daily habit.
  • Ten-Minute Walk: Dedicate ten minutes each day to a brisk walk. You can do this during a break, after dinner, or whenever it fits into your schedule.
  • Five-Minute Dance: Put on your favorite song and dance for five minutes. This not only gets your body moving but also lifts your spirits and makes exercise fun.

A study found that even short bouts of physical activity can significantly improve cardiovascular health and boost mood.

#2 Schedule Workouts

Treat your workout time as a non-negotiable appointment

Many people treat workouts as optional or something to fit in if they have extra time.

This approach often leads to skipping workouts due to other priorities, leading to inconsistency and lack of progress.

Instead:

  • Set a Specific Time: Choose a specific time each day for your workout and stick to it. Whether it's first thing in the morning, during lunch, or in the evening, consistency is key.
  • Prepare in Advance: Lay out your workout clothes the night before to make it easier to get started and reduce excuses.

The act of scheduling makes the commitment feel more formal and increases the likelihood of following through.

#3 Find a Workout Buddy

Partner with a friend or family member

Exercising with a workout buddy significantly boosts motivation and accountability, making it easier to stick to your fitness routine and achieve your goals.

My wife Nataliya struggled to stay consistent with her fitness routine. She tried to exercise at home but couldn’t make it stick.

It all changed once she started joining me for my gym sessions.

Three times per week, at 18:00PM, we drive together to the local gym.
I do my workout and she does hers.

This routine not only helped her stay consistent but also made the entire experience more enjoyable and motivating for both of us.

#4 Celebrate Progress

Reward yourself for milestones and achievements

Celebrating progress, no matter how small, reinforces positive behavior and boosts motivation, helping you stay committed to your fitness journey.

Research found that rewards and recognition for progress and achievements, even minor ones, create a positive feedback loop that encourages continued effort and consistency.

Practical Tip:

  • Set Milestones: Break down your fitness goals into smaller, achievable milestones such as walking 5000 steps/day, exercise for 1min/day for a week, etc.
  • Choose Meaningful Rewards: Select rewards that are meaningful and motivating to you. This could be a relaxing spa day, a new outfit, or a night out with friends.
  • Track Your Progress: Keep a journal to record your achievements. Reviewing your progress regularly will remind you of how far you've come and keep you motivated to continue.

As you begin to incorporate these steps into your fitness journey, you'll start to notice a slimmer and more toned figure in the mirror.

You'll find yourself more energetic and capable of handling the demands of family and work with ease, impressing your loved ones and friends with your newfound vitality.

This transformation isn't just about changing your body, it's about reclaiming your joy, confidence, and zest for life!

Have a wonderful weekend ✨
