#1 Start Small

Begin with short, manageable workouts to build consistency

Many people believe that to see real results, they need to commit to long, intense workouts from the get-go.

This misconception often leads to feeling overwhelmed and eventually giving up before seeing any progress.

Instead you can do:

  • One-Minute Workout: Start with just one minute of exercise every day like this one. The key is to establish a daily habit.
  • Ten-Minute Walk: Dedicate ten minutes each day to a brisk walk. You can do this during a break, after dinner, or whenever it fits into your schedule.
  • Five-Minute Dance: Put on your favorite song and dance for five minutes. This not only gets your body moving but also lifts your spirits and makes exercise fun.

A study found that even short bouts of physical activity can significantly improve cardiovascular health and boost mood.

#2 Schedule Workouts

It all changed once she started joining me for my gym sessions.

Three times per week, at 18:00PM, we drive together to the local gym.
I do my workout and she does hers.
