We all have our ups and downs, right? 

Some days we wake up feeling on top of the world, and other days it's a struggle just to get out of bed. 

I don't know about you, but I find my mood can really impact how my day unfolds. 

The problem is, with the stress of work, family, and just life in general, it's easy to get thrown off balance. 

Before you know it, you're locked into a mood rut that you can't seem to shake…

I used to think I just had to push through the tough times and wait for my mood to pass.

But here's what I've realized - 

we have more power than we think when it comes to shifting our state of mind!

Little daily practices can help get us unstuck and back in sync.

Yoga has become my secret weapon for lifting my mood. 

Now, when I'm feeling low energy or stressed out, I turn to yoga to re-center and recharge. 

Even 15 minutes of gentle stretching and breathing is enough to calm my nerves or energize my morning.

There are simple yoga routines for every mood that you can do in the comfort of your own home.
