World Greatest Stretch
The stretch that unlocks your whole body

This single movement engages nearly every muscle in your body.

It opens up your hips, shoulders, and spine, while also activating your core and stretching your legs.

Whether you're about to hop on your yoga mat, go for a walk, hit the gym or just starting your day, performing this stretch ensures your body is primed and ready to go.

It's a simple yet powerful tool in your fitness arsenal, promoting flexibility and reducing injury risk.

How to use it?
Do 5 to 10 reps on each side

Weekly Workout

I've got the perfect workout for us this week.

It's a full body, beginner-friendly routine that you can do right at home without any equipment needed.

No driving to the gym or lifting weights!

This muscle toning series of moves will have you breaking a sweat and feeling those muscles working in all the right places.

Time: 15 minutes
Equipment: none
Good for: total body
Instructions: Do the workout three times during next week, ideally on nonconsecutive days. Perform three sets with 60 seconds of rest between sets.

Tasty & Healthy

This is my go-to oatmeal banana bread recipe.

It’s made with just 5 ingredients and needs just a blender to whip up!

No flour and no refined sugar, it's perfect for breakfast or a wholesome dessert 🥮

I learnt this recipe from ‘The Big Mans World’ blog.

  • 2 cups rolled oats gluten free, if needed
  • 4 large bananas approximately 1 1/2 cups banana
  • 2 large eggs
  • 6 tablespoon maple syrup can use honey or agave nectar
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 cup chocolate chips optional


  • Preheat the oven to 180C/350F.
  • Grease a loaf pan and set aside.
  • In a high speed blender or food processor, add all your ingredients and blend until a smooth batter remains.
  • Fold through the chocolate chips, if using them.
  • Pour the batter into the greased loaf pan.
  • Bake the bread for 35-40 minutes, or until a skewer comes out mostly clean.
  • Remove the bread from the oven and let cool completely, before slicing
