Flexible spine will allow you to move freely and to reduce the pressure from your lower back.

We gonna do that with a yoga routine that’ll move every vertebra
in your spine all the way from the tail bone to the neck.

DAY 5

Unlock the hips

In this class you’ll release the stiffness from your hip joints and increase your hip muscles flexibility.

Our hips are the center through which our body moves.
They control balance, our ability to sit, stand, twist, reach, bend and walk.

Everything goes through the hips, and when our hips are tight it causes a lot of problems, especially in the back.

In this class we’ll combine dynamic moves with static stretches to unlock your hips.

DAY 6

Elasticity

In this class you’ll increase your leg muscles flexibility.

Inflexible legs limits your range of motion and create pressure in the lower back.
This pressure causes the back to feel sore and achy all day long.
