Does your heart sink a little every time you hear your morning alarm go off?

As little kids we used to jump out of bed each morning, excited to experience another day in this beautiful life.

But somehow, as we grew up... things started changing. Waking up has become a choir. 

I was feeling the exact same way.

You will never believe me if I told you how many times I've hit the snooze button in the morning... Postponing the inevitable before I had to force myself out of bed. 

My God, I was tired.

Yet the mornings... were just the beginning.

Because during the day that followed I simply floated around, unfocused and distracted.

I felt exhausted. Cranky. Unfocused. And moody. Like... all, the, time.

All I wanted was the day to be over, so I can be one day closer to the weekend.

I turned to yoga as a last resort.

I realized I had more than 30 years left to work, and unless I want to spend every single one of them in misery.. I better find a way to feel better.

Remembering how yoga made me feel better when I was younger, I decided to start practicing it again. Little by little.

A few months later and I was un-recognizable .
