I started practicing on my own because I didn’t have enough time in the morning to search for a yoga video online, let alone to practice for 20-45 minutes before work…
…but I still wanted to do yoga every day because it made me feel better for the rest of my day.
I searched for a simple practice I can fit in 10 minutes and I found the Sun Salutation flow!
