3 Yoga Stretches For Runners

Hey there runner,

Does your hamstrings and calf muscles become stiff and short? Do you love running but you don’t dedicate enough time for stretching afterward?

My friend Carmel is a professional runner who neglected stretching and ended up with multiple injuries in her hamstrings, hips, and shins…

To help you avoid such injuries I created this video.

You see, running put a lot of tension on the legs muscles and make them stiff and short. Eventually, this leads to a lack of flexibility, pain, and injuries.

In this video, I share 3 simple stretches you can do after running to keep the legs muscles flexible so you won’t get injured and recover faster 🙂
