The first time I read about fibromyalgia I couldn’t believe my eyes!
It causes all-over body pain, keeps you up at night, and creates bone-deep fatigue that leads to serious mental and emotional stress.
And if that’s not enough fibromyalgia also scrambles your brain’s ability to correctly process pain, making you extra sensitive to pain (ouch!)
This means if you gently pinch someone with fibromyalgia they’ll feel more pain than anyone else 🙁
Stretching can help to reduce the pain but there’s a catch… the pain also makes it hard to stretch!
I know that sounds like an impossible situation but there’s a way out…
