Want stronger knees?

Have you ever jumped for joy because you heard some good news but you had to stop immediately because of excruciating pain in your knees? I know I have!

Knee pain was a huge problem for me and I used to feel pain in the knees even after a (super!) short walk.

But things have changed 🙂

Now some of my friends feel a bit envious when they see me sit cross-legged on the floor and then I can stand up in one smooth move…

Or they see me jump up and down at a concert with zero pain in my knees (it’s so much fun!)

So how did I get rid of my knee pain?

I used these 3 exercises to strengthen the muscles around my knees…

And pretty soon the pain was totally gone!
