Over the years, I’ve built a personal “yoga toolbox” — go-to poses I use when specific issues come up.
And today, I’m sharing it with you
You know those days when your body just feels off?
Your back aches from too much sitting.
Your neck feels tight.
Your belly’s bloated… or you just can’t sleep.
When discomfort shows up, it’s easy to ignore it.
We power through, push it aside, or promise we’ll deal with it later.
We reach for painkillers, caffeine, or another glass of wine.
We sit more. Scroll more.
But here’s the truth:
Ignoring your body’s signals doesn’t make them go away.
It just makes them louder.
What most people miss?
That relief is often much simpler than they think.
Sometimes, you’re just one stretch away from feeling better.
Over the years, I’ve built a personal “yoga toolbox” — go-to poses I use when specific issues come up.
And today, I’m sharing it with you
